Perhaps you stumbled or fell into your current career, or just outgrew it. Now you’re standing at a career crossroads wondering what’s next. Maybe your head is spinning as you repeatedly try to figure out where you’re going.
For many of us, if we’ve spent too long in careers that don’t fit, we feel stuck. We can’t see all of our options, so we begin to look outside of ourselves for answers. However, the spark of knowing is within us. This workshop invites you to change your perspective from looking for a job to seeking to maximize your R.O.L.E, your “Return on Life Energy.” When you shift your attention to your energy, by listening to your body, you can gain more clarity about your future life and livelihood. Your whole body knows how to navigate chaos and uncertainty. This experiential workshop will help you to foster calm, clarity, and confidence, so you can find your next career steps, address common money mythologies, and transform fears.
Through movement, meditation, art, writing, and discussion, we will creatively listen to and learn to trust our impulses and instincts as we allow our true life energy to direct us. Both right and left brain can feel satisfied as we create compelling new visions of what work can be for each of us. Please bring a notebook and a pen.
