Weekend of November 26-28, 2010
Shift Your Mood, Unleash Your Life! Your Pathway to Inner Happiness
How many times have you felt hijacked by a bad mood, then done or said something you regretted later?
Moods can make or break your relationship; get you a promotion or get you fired; and help you feel better, or make you sick. Yet once you’re able to manage your moods more effectively, you’ll maintain your emotional balance even when faced with significant challenges.
This experiential workshop combines mindfulness and body awareness with insights from positive psychology’s “neuroscience of happiness.”
Rik developed this approach to help you become aware of how moods create tension in your body. You will be shown how to release emotional tension, and shift to the source of your own love and inner wisdom.
This shift can promote healing from previous wounds as you follow your natural unfolding, including meaningful work, enhanced intimacy, and spiritual realization.
Our work together can help you recognize that you already are whatever you’re seeking, not just intellectually, but through a deeply felt, visceral realization: You are consciousness itself, steeped in grace and heartfelt wisdom. In recognition of this Thanksgiving weekend, we'll pay special attention to the power of gratitude in our path toward happiness.
This workshop will also be useful for health professionals.
