JourneyDance™ Module 1 Teacher Training Intensive

Toni Bergins

Toni Bergins' JourneyDance is a holistic movement practice that opens dancers to transformation, self-love, living their highest potential, and finding fullest expression.

Learn to guide others on this journey using Toni's distinct flow of evocative music, movement suggestions, guided imagery, and ritual. Facilitate individuals and groups in creating sacred space and elevating their spiritual dance practice. Lead shamanic-style rituals to purify, clear negative thought-patterns, liberate old cellular memories, and cleanse the body and mind with sweat and breath. Enjoy new realms of abundance, joy, exuberance, and compassion. Hold space for your own authentic dancing spiritual practice and inspire others to delve and explore with you. Come spend a week with Toni's exhilarating and sensuous journey. In this first module you will be taught:

• The JourneyDance qualities and the conceptual flow of a class

• How to create moving visualizations with dance and music

• The JourneyDance embodiment, energy, and vocal awareness series

• Toni's humorous MindBusting techniques to eliminate negative and limiting self-talk

• Your own spiritual dance practice to bring to your community

This intensive Module 1 Training licenses you to teach JourneyDance classes, with options for additional Module 2 Training and Certification.

Please note: Registration for this teacher training is through JourneyDance only. Please visit www.journeydance.com to register and for more information. Once you’ve registered you may reserve accommodations at Esalen.
